Reference is made to Radiance Electronics Limited's (the "Company") announcement on the resignation of Mr Chong Ching Lai (Announcement No. 00078 of 4 January 2007).

The Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to an early release of Mr Chong Ching Lai from his appointment as Executive Director of the Company. Mr Chong's last day of service is 31 January 2007.
