The Board of Directors of Radiance Electronics Limited (the "Company") would like to announce that Mr Cheng Swee Ain has resigned from the office as Finance Director and Executive Director of the Company effective 12 October 2006.

The Board of Directors would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Cheng Swee Ain for his contributions to the Company during his term of office and wish him well in his future endeavours.
