The Board of Directors of Radiance Electronics Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has received in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") for the transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares from the SGX-SESDAQ to the SGX-ST Main Board. The effective date of the transfer of the Company's shares to the SGX-ST Main Board will be announced at a later date.

The transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares to the SGX-ST Main Board will have no effect on the financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries.
