The Company announced on 25 October 2005 that its former CEO and Executive Director, Mr Henry Goh had assumed an oversight function of the Company's EMS division, which owns manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Shenzhen through its subsidiaries, Radiance Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Radiance Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd respectively. He has given up this role following his resignation and departure from the Group on 31 January 2006.
