Further to the announcement made by Radiance Electronics Limited (the "Company") on 9 October 2003 and 4 October 2003 relating to the plan of organisation being undertaken by Channel Master LLC ("CM") as part of its bankruptcy process in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the Company wishes to announce that it has been notified by Andrew Corporation of its successful purchase of selected business assets of CM, and of Andrew Corporation's intention to continue servicing the demands of customers for CM products. The assets purchased by Andrew Corporation includes significant business assets of CM such as product lines, inventory, operational assets, intellectual property and trademarks.

Andrew Corporation has also expressed interest in developing a business relationship with the Company, on terms to be agreed between the Company and Andrew Corporation.
