Question:
Pursuant to Rule 1207(6)(b), to confirm whether the audit committee has undertaken a review of all non-audit services provided by the auditors and whether they would, in the audit committee's opinion, affect the independence of the auditors.

Answer:
The Audit Committee ("AC") confirms that it has undertaken a review of all the non-audit services provided by the Company's auditors during the year and is satisfied that such services would not, in the AC's opinion, affect the independence of the external auditors.
