| Description | Following the approval of the Company's Shareholders obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting in relation to, inter alia, the Placing to be carried out in conjunction with the Potential AIM Listing, the Company has on 1 July 2014 allotted and issued 44,600,000 New Shares at an issue price of 19.75 pence (or S$0.42) to the institutional and other investors in the United Kingdom. The number of New Shares represent 16.1 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital immediately after the Placing (excluding treasury shares). |
