The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 17 September 2013, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of EGM were duly passed.
