The Board of Directors of Radiance Electronics Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's name has been changed to "Radiance Group Limited" with effect from 27 April 2009. Shareholders' approval was obtained at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 April 2009.
